I was in the market to purchase my first home during the market downturn, and Nathan was able to provide enough insight to enable me to make an informed decision throughout. In the uneasiness that surrounds such a large purchase, he was able to be reassuring when uncertainties arose, and had the experience to know when a sale was worth the purchase price.
