She explained her belief in the internet as the best exposure for our property - and she was right. We had listed this property with several other agents over the past few years but Mistie got it sold. She got us used to the new online contract necessary during Covid and after some haggling got us a deal. We are extremely happy with the results and the extra touches that Mistie offers.

<p>Misty did a great job for us when we were selling our house in Grand Forks. Many realtors will want you to sell at any price just so they can get the commission - fast turnover is their game plan but she insisted we do not under value our house and try to sell it at fair market value.</p> <p>During this Covid 19 pandemic she would come to the house after the other realtors had taken their clients through and go around and sanitize. We really appreciated that.</p>

We would highly recommend Mistie Bogard. Although we knew exactly which type of unit we wanted to purchase in a strata corporation hotel, Mistie provided all the answers to our questions in a timely manner, and provided extra realtor support with questions regarding GST and rental pool agreements.
