Only excellent things to say about Michelle! She was the first person we met upon moving here (literally straight from the airport to meeting her). She really welcomed us and helped us feel at home in an unfamiliar place. We were first time home buyers, not familiar at all with the city and also in a rush (we were living in a hotel until we figured out a longer-term living situation, with a moving truck on the way with all our belongings). Michelle was helpful in every area - providing us with information about the city and guiding us through the home buying process from start to finish. She gave us a great overview of the entire process at the beginning, and then throughout the entire process, she made sure we were still aware of what was happening and the next steps to come. She provided updates and helpful information at each step to make sure we were never in the dark or struggling to figure out what to do next. She also provided us with realistic timelines and expectations related to pricing. In the end, we were very lucky and were able to move into our new home within about 2 weeks! She helped us immensely and we were very fortunate to have worked with her.

Throughout the entire process, Michelle had my needs and wants as her first priority. She asked questions about what I was after and what aspects would allow me to call a house a home. Michelle took the time to go through properties that I labelled as favorites, possibilities, and no-go's to further understand what features were appealing to me. I could not have chosen a better individual to assist me through the entire process of purchasing not a house, but a home!
