I have a pleasure to work with beautiful Melinda although I contacted her in short notice she was quickly to get back to me and started to help me right away very friendly, knowledgeable. She was there for me all the way until I got the house that my kids and I love it. I will always be so gratefully for her . And I will gladly recommend her to my friends in the future

Melinda was awesome. She worked on weekends when I was available which I really appreciated. Very prompt to answer my texts and emails. She never left me hanging. I connected with her as her real estate company was listing a property that I wanted to see. The renter on that property was very difficult. He stayed in the garage with the dogs while we looked at the property. We needed to see the garage and this is where Melinda won my respect and admiration. She negotiated that we would leave the house and he would enter back in the house and open the garage doo for us. She did all of this in a respectful, kind and compassionate manner to respect the rights of all parties involved. From then on, she was my contact for all properties I wanted to see till I eventually purchased one. Melinda had me come to terms with what I was really looking for in a property. She guided me through the process of purchasing to ensure everything was done. She even ran over to the house when we learned that the previous owner had dropped off some more keys into the mailbox on the house when I couldn’t get there. I happily recommend Melinda as a great realtor.

Melinda was great to deal with. She was very knowledgeable with every house she showed us. Things like any renovations, the neighbourhood, and potential obstacles/opportunities she was very informed of. She was always able to put a glass half-full spin towards anything we observed in our viewings. As first time home buyers she was able to provide important feedback and advice regarding the process of doing our first home purchase. She was available to us during off-hours and always provided a quick response.

Where to begin with Melinda. Right from the get-go, she made the process super easy for us. As we were first time buyers, we were obviously full of questions, and Melinda took the time to answer all of them for us. In hindsight, a lot of the questions should have been common knowledge, but Melinda answered them all without hesitation and in a non-condescending way. After only one initial meeting, Melinda was able to gauge what we were looking for in a house and that very night had a list of potential properties to go and scout out. All of the properties she picked out for us were right in our wheelhouse, with very few that needed to be weeded out. For reference, it only took us two viewing sessions before we found the home we ended up buying. Much faster than I thought it would be! In terms of scheduling, Melinda is one of the easiest people you will ever work with. We would pick a day, and Melinda would work around it, even when she already had a super busy schedule. I don't believe there was one instance where we needed to reschedule. Melinda was also with us every step of the way, from viewings all the way to possession day. Whenever we encountered any issues or roadblocks, Melinda was always one phone call away. At times, she was working on paperwork for us well into the evening during the week and even on the weekend, which shows just how dedicated Melinda is to her clients. Throughout the process, Melinda was extremely professional, courteous, and attentive to our needs. I had heard from many people that it was common for realtors to pressure you into closing on a house. We had the opposite experience with Melinda. At no point did we feel pressured to close, and everything was at our pace. I cannot say enough great things about Melinda. She made our first home buying experience super easy, quick, painless, and I would even go so far as to say fun. I will definitely be reaching out to Melinda when I am ready to sell and move on to my next purchase. Overall: 10/10 Class act. Would Highly recommend.

Melinda was a true professional who was attentive, knowledgeable, and very friendly to work with. As a first time home buyer, she was crucial in helping me understand all the bits and pieces that went into the transaction, and diligently pointed out things that I might not have been aware of. Would highly advise to all prospective buyers.
