<p>I was introduced to Matthew Emek through my fiancé when I made the decision to rent my condo. Matthew made the entire process simple and easy while still educating us and guiding us and providing us with the necessary knowledge pertaining to many of the components of renting a unit. He was able to help us get an amazing tenant on our first showing. He touched base with us throughout the year to provide more guidance and to find out how the rental was coming along, educating us further.</p> <p>In late 2016 and into 2017 he was the agent we went to when we decided to purchase a condo and we could not have been happier. Besides the real estate knowledge and knowledge of the GTA market (which he has a lot of) the soft skills he exhibited was very comforting and made the condo purchasing experience a good one.</p> <p>We recommend Matthew to anyone who wants to have a pleasant buying/renting/selling experience while being treated with the respect and dignity expected for your biggest purchase.</p>

<p>Matthew was my lifeline throughout my search for my first home. I did not know Matt before we started working together. He was recommended to me by a friend and this ended up being a blessing. Matthew was professional, collegial, and knowledgeable on all counts. He would respond to my questions in a timely manner. He was quick to point out defects in the units we saw, things that I would have never noticed had it not been for him.</p> <p>Matthew knew that my priority was making a return on my investment. In one instance, we viewed a unit that I thought was perfect so I was surprised when he discouraged me from buying it. He told me that the place was over-priced; this would make it harder to re-sell and therefore harder to make a good return on my money. The place eventually sold at the listed price to a buyer whose agent was not quite as honest with them.</p> <p>Matthew's integrity and expertise guided me through this overwhelming period. I have heard stories from friends who were not quite so lucky. I have recommended Matthew to any one who will listen and I will certainly be using him again when I decide to sell my first home.
