We had a selling price in mind when we listed the house. While we did not get the listing price, we got about $250,000 more that other agents had told us the house was valued at. We received and accepted an offer within about 5 days of listing. While it took about 10 months to close the deal, Matteo and Delia got a small increase in the price before closing. We really appreciated their communication skills as we are not tech. savvy and they communicated with us via conventional methods...phone and e-mail which we were comfortable with. Matteo and Delia went above and beyond our expectations to get us a fair price. They kept us informed as to what was happening and encouraged us to the patient as needed to close the deal. We always felt that were doing the best they could for us, and we truly appreciated them for it. They exhibited the professionalism which all realters should aspire to.
