Matt did a fantastic job helping my parents downsize from a house to a condo this year - he handled both transactions and throughout the process was professional, diligent, and extremely sensitive to his clients' needs. Matt connected us to all the services that were needed, from downsizing/moving support and logistics to repairs and staging, and exceeded expectations on our sale price. Everything about our situation was more complicated this year due to Covid and other factors - Matt handled it all, we're extremely grateful to him. Matt gets my highest recommendation!

Working with Matt was a true pleasure. We can't imagine working with anyone else! We needed a home for my parents and had very specific needs.
