After looking for an agent to sell our house we had run into Mr. Manjinder Singh on a house he had listed and decided to give him a call...…..After we had called and make an appointment for him to give us an appraisal we were shocked and in doubt of the evaluation because it was $69,000 above what we were expected because of what other agents had told us.....He gave us ideas to get maximum value for our property for showing, and believe me he did a fantastic job...we have sold and buy properties before but never dealt with an agent that was so knowledgeable and well organize...He have a solution for everything( one stop shop)...we were even more astonish at his negotiation skill and would have left money on the table but because of his experience and negotiation skills get us an extra $5,000 dollars that I would have lost …….We were kept inform of all that was happening an needless to say we sold in one day.....I highly recommend Mr. Manjinder Singh to sell and buy your property and you will never regret it....we finally find a realtor for life.....Thank you Manjinder for helping us fulfil our goals
