We chose Lisa because we had become acquainted through purchasing property in a similar area that would make us neighbours in the future. We were looking to purchase a home in the interim to live in while we build. Not an easy feat to find a home, and we were a bit concerned about the relationship being affected if things were to go wrong, but immediately upon working her we knew we made an excellent decision. She is extremely knowledgeable, intuitive, asked all the right questions, kind, genuine and professional. Great decision on our part!

I can only say positive things because dealing with Lisa was an amazing experience. She was friendly and knowledgeable. We came from out of town so we really wanted to find a house in one day. Lisa was able to provide some degree of certainty in a very uncertain seller’s market. She was reliable with communication, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with an offer or who backed out of the deal at the last minute, Lisa was calm, reassuring and proactive.
