We had the privilege of dealing with Lisa on two home sales and purchases. Her knowledge and professionalism really stood out when she was on mat leave and we had to deal with a different realtor on another purchase. What a nightmare it was dealing with someone who did not know the industry inside and out like Lisa does. You have a question or a concern and she answers it instantly if not very promptly. Always on time always ahead of the game. Our listings where also the best i have seen. She got us top dollar on our sales and negotiated the best price on our purchases.The best write ups and the BEST pictures i have seen on any realtor listings, and ive seen more than a few. Highly recommend Lisa.

My husband and I sold our home and purchased another through lisa. From the first phone message to a meet and greet it was nothing short of making us feel like a priority. We decided to list our home with lisa and of course she was a no brainer to use her to purchase all at the same time. Lisa spent countless hours with us well we decided to look at a range of properties outside of the Edmonton area. She was patient. Kind. So warming. And really informative. She supported us and made sure we were the most successful we could be in both the sale and a purchase. I will absolutely be using lisa in the future and I have recommended lisa in the past. Lisa was amazing to work with! She is honest, professional, diligent and kind. We were selling a condo and purchasing a home and Lisa was completely on top of everything - both purchases and sales were done seamlessly. Her approach to personable nature, marketing, advertising and working with other realtors is what set her apart from other agents. I would (without hesitation) recommend Lisa to anyone interested in buying or selling.

Three things that Lisa automatically did the both times we've worked with her were that 1) she dumbed it down or smartened it up based on our knowledge level of the subject (she didn't just assume we were knowledgeable about the process or that we were dumber than chalk), 2) that she communicated frequently in the manner we requested (nothing worse than getting voice mails when you've asked for emails), and 3) was just so patient with us. It was just a bonus for us that she's also very personable and affable. She really seems to dig this gig of hers, and it shows in all of her efforts. I've recommended her to friends and complete strangers.
