<p>Linda was very professional throughout the entire process with us. She was able to show us houses that were within our initial budget, and where the gaps were between our expectations of our new home and our budget. Ultimately, she helped us realize a house that met our expectations and budget requirements without pressuring us into the decision. I would definitely work with Linda again, and recommend her to friends/family.</p>

<p>Linda, is truly a professional real estate agent (no cutting corners for a quick sale or purchase). She knows the Guelph marketplace and has completed many real estate transactions for myself on both the purchase (and subsequent rental) and sell side of the market over the past ten years. Being an investor looking for rental properties Linda has taken the time to undertstand what I am looking for and only brings properties forward that I may have interest in from both a location and financial perspective. On the sell side, LInda works very hard to promote the properties that I have sold and to maximize the value of the property. Linda also has many contacts in the associated industries to facilitate a real estate transaction; such as financial people for mortgages, handymen for repairs that may be required to make the property more attractive for sale; or work that needs to be completed post purchase. I would highly recommend Linda to anyone looking for a home for themselves or investment property as a real professional real estate agent that can be counted on to work for them.</p>

I was impressed with how patient and understanding Linda was, as this was my first time purchasing a home. She took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy for me to understand. She understood my anxiety regarding such a huge purchase and so at no time did I ever feel pressured to make a decision that I wasn't ready for. When it came time for me to sell my house, there was no doubt who I was going to use for both the sale of my current house and for the purchase of my next one!</p>
