Lex is the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. He is caring and professional, he always listened to what our needs/concerns were and tried to meet them. I would absolutely recommend Lex as an agent to any of my friends/family

Lex was simply outstanding helping us find our dream home. He was always very responsive and available to meet within short notices. We were new in the province and needed a lot of help finding a home that checked all our boxes.

As a first time homebuyer there are a lot of unknowns even if you have done an extensive amount of research. Lex took the time to sit down with us to help us with our list of criteria, our price range as well our availability (he was extremely flexible and worked around our appointments, work etc.). He went above and beyond in helping us find our first home. He was attentive, always had a positive attitude, had an immense amount of knowledge on various things we had never even considered when looking for certain things in the house, looked into check whether everything was safe, certified and had permits (something that was really important to us as we were growing as a family). He provided us market stats as well as neighborhood stats to help us narrow down our criteria. We enjoyed looking for our house with Lex as he have always been considerate of our criteria, given us other perspectives we may have not known about and was always respectful of our decisions. We looked for houses in the city as well as in the rural areas and his knowledge of the housing market, safety, plumbing, sewage etc. was extensive and extremely helpful especially when it came to drafting offers. Lex is extremely professional, helpful, attentive, patient, knowledgeable and respectful … these qualities really helped us with every offer, transaction and research we did. I am so grateful for his help in assisting us find our first home. Lex has gone above and beyond even after we have settled into our new home to see if we needed help or guidance with anything. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor even if we tried. He truly looked out for us in every way when it came to buying our first home!

Lex’s professionalism, extensive knowledge about the housing market, honesty, respectful and calm attitude, responsiveness, proactive nature, guidance, and reassurance, made us feel we were in safe hands and made our first time home buying experience a joy. Lex was extremely attentive, patient, and respectful of our decisions, long list of criteria, desires, and never pushed us to settle for something we were uncomfortable with or unfit for. Lex advised and guided us through: he helped us to narrow down the search for potential houses that matched our criteria, he helped us with what to look for in a house, he researched and provided us key information about a property (market stats for the area, zoning, house history, permits, outstanding items, etc.) so we made a well-educated decision when it came down to putting down offers. He also helped us protect ourselves legally when it came down to drafting offers (This was key if you are putting down offers for houses in rural areas where you are reliant on well water and septic systems). He helped us explore multiple streams of financial institutions to find the best mortgage. He demonstrated high standards of professionalism when it came to negotiations with the seller and all stakeholders involved in the transaction. Even after we moved to our new house he has taken the initiative to check if everything was okay. He’s truly a friend looking out for YOU!

You won’t go wrong with Lex, he was so knowledgeable in helping us buy/sell our home, he asked all the right questions(many we would have never thought to even ask)and he was always quick to reply to our messages and very patient with all our inquiries and demands.
