It has been a delight to deal with Leslie Benczik and his entire team. They smoothly guided me through the process of selling my home - from the listing agreement to offers for purchase - everything was clearly explained and with Leslie's experience his advice was much appreciate. From MLS listing to multiple offers 4 days elapsed. I got full asking price, the closing date I wanted and an unconditional offer. But above and beyond the regular realtor services, Leslie went a step beyond. He arranged an electrician for a small repair. He even attended a meeting with the buyer to negotiate the sale of Contents. This was above and beyond the service I expected. All meetings, calls, etc. were on time, everyone was so courteous and more than willing to oblige. I could not have found a better Realtor anywhere. Highly recommended.
