Team Leo has helped us in both buying and selling a house and we have been incredibly happy with the support and service of all of their team members throughout these processes. In both situations they were always available to talk and help and especially were able to explain and decipher the specific nuances of the BC housing market to us. Their advice was always incredibly informative which helped us through two major events in our lives. What is especially commendable is the support we received from the team while selling our house after having already relocated to another province. In addition Team Leo is an astute supporter of various charities and without a doubt is a big giver back to all the local communities that they serve. If you are planning on buying or selling a house we would highly recommend Team Leo as the go-to real estate agent to go-to.

Leo's team member (Samira) assisted us in late 2011 with the negotiation and purchase of a home we found in Coquitlam. She was very helpful with the entire process i couldn't recommend them any more. We were so happy with her services that we ask her to sell my wife's North Vancouver condo but she instead referred us to another agent who specializes in that part of the city. Now for a real estate team, who can sometimes have a reputation of being 'greedy', i found that to be very professional and honest. It would have been very easy for them to lock up a key and have the other agent do all the work but they did not. Samira has since left Leo's team but as we are starting to look for a larger home, we have been in dealings with Ron, who is equally as helpful, he is always keen to point out flaws in workmanship in houses we are viewing and clearly has our best interests in mind. You cant go wrong with Leo's team!

As first time home buyers we couldn't be happier with Ron’s help. He answered the many questions we had without hesitation and made us feel more at ease with the home buying process. On top of all that they found exactly the kind of home we were looking for in the area we like and did it faster than we could have hoped.
