She is super patient. Unlike other real estate agents I used, she has never pushed us to close a deal. 3. She is very responsive. Every time I have a question she almost responded immediately. She worked very late to help us win the house in a bidding war. 4. She knows the housing market very well. She let us know when some houses were over priced. 5. She is smart! Two Masters degrees are very impressive. 6. She speak fluent English and Mandarin. 7. I can keep going but she will be too blushed... I just want to say I had wonderful experience working with Lan.
