This was the second time we used Ruth as our realtor. Ruth made sure she fully understood what was needed in the place we were looking for. She kept us well informed so we were able to make good decisions. When it came to the negotiation she always knew how to support the offer to come across in a professional manner. Ruth always listened to us and we felt she was very approachable. Ruth continued to represent us after possession when a few issues arose, until it was resolved to our satisfaction.

Ruth Lamb knows her stuff!! She helped my family and I through the whole process of selling our condo — from beginning to end. Ruth Lamb is energetic, knowledgeable, and great communicator when it comes to selling our home. Our concerns were her concerns.
