Laddie is an amazing realtor to work with! In our dealings she was proactive, prepared and diligent in the negotiations. She was organized and listened to what we wanted, then wasn’t afraid put in the work and dedicate the time to get the deal done efficiently. Her knowledge of the market and communication were key in working with the selling agent while keeping us informed every step of the way. She ensured all due diligence was met and has even provided us with guidance beyond the closing of our purchase and tips for next steps as we move forward with our new home.
