Kulbir is supremely knowledgeable about the British Columbia (BC) real estate market, it’s dynamics and strategy to ensure the real estate opportunity meets the requirement. As newcomers to BC, moving from Manitoba, he provided the time and guidance to make my family acquainted with the local cities in BC in March 2021, ensuring we make a conscious move changing the province. Upon our move in BC, Kulbir ensured we settled well within the new province by guiding us on local schools, places to shop for great deals, thus saving us time and money. I had my interests in commercial real estate space and wanted to invest in potential development opportunities. I did find Kulbir to have has an expertise in properties with Development potential. In September 2021, we visited a city in interior region in BC, and Kulbir made me aware of sub-neighborhoods in and around the city and its intricacies & explained the investment potential of investing in a growing city. I ended up making a large investment and trust me it is the best investment I have made in life thus far. Kulbir was always on his game, attentive, and inspires confidence at every step. We are now looking at presale opportunities as the market is slow. The one thing which makes Kulbir stand apart is his honestly which instigates the confidence in me to have a long-term working relationship with him and therefore, stands highly recommended for anyone looking for real estate services in BC.
