Kristel helped me find and purchase my first home. She made the process so easy - she guided me through the process step by step and I always felt comfortable asking her all the questions. She was quick to respond and gave me the information that I needed to feel confident presenting an offer I was truly comfortable with, and never felt pushed to make a decision quicker than I was ready. I felt supported throughout the whole process, and would absolutely work with her again the next time I am buying or selling property! I’m so grateful for all of Kristel’s help in finding my new home.

Kristel was great. She helped stage the house to have it looking it's absolute best and gave great advice on little fixups that would make a big difference in our presentation of the property. She also helped us zero in on the selling price, which garnered lots of interest. We got 10k over asking and we couldn't be happier.
