When we started looking for a seniors condominium, we really had no idea where to start. My wife randomly picked Kim Fox from an online ad and we knew immediately it was the right call. As we worked through the process of finding our "happy place" condo and subsequently selling our house, we regularly felt like we had won the lottery of real estate agents. Kim clearly explained options, we attended numerous relevant showings together, Kim was very accommodating with her time, she has excellent knowledge of the market and always displayed a sincere interest in meeting our needs. Kim did all of this in a friendly, honest and professional manner. We truly felt like we were working with one of our closest friends. When you buy your future home before selling your current home it's always a little nerve-wracking, hoping it won't take too long to sell that current home. Meanwhile, Kim always expressed confidence she would have no problem selling our house. She suggested a couple upgrades to make our house more attractive to potential buyers. And her suggestions were spot-on - the outcome - our house sold for a great price within one week of being listed, wow! And throughout the process of buying and selling, Melissa (one of Kim's team members) consistently helped up along with next-steps - helpful hints and links regarding closing utility accounts, meetings with our lawyer, and all others things related to making the transition go as smoothly and effectively as possible. Buying/Selling a home can be a pretty stressful decision, but if you partner with an honest, hard-working, caring person like Kim, it just becomes significantly less stressful. We will definitely recommend Kim and her team to anyone looking to buy and/or sell their home!
