<p>Kevin was a great agent. Despite originality not being familiar with the area we were looking in He quickly compiled loads of info and ultimately saved us thousands on our purchase. We were ready to pay full asking price after falling in love with it. We told Kevin our higher offer but he insisted to come in with a lower offer knowing the true value of the property. He could of just placed our high offer and added to his commission but he choose us over himself. His knowledge proved right and we got the home for less than we thought was possible! I Would highly recommend him to any person looking for a good honest agent who cares for his customer above all else.</p>
