As we've slowly engaged in the house buying process he has answered all our questions, informed us about what we needed to know, and had patience with us throughout the entire process. He taught us how to filter through listings, looking for what we really wanted. And when we went to a viewing, he helped us identify potential issues with the construction of the properties. These were often problems I would have missed myself. Kevin was very prompt in his responses, clear in his communication, and well organized. He was also a great advocate, helping us find a balance of realistic and advantageous.

The sale of our family home was very personal to our family which made it difficult. After my wife passed away it was time to make that move but Kevin was understanding and patient with me and my family through the entire process. This was very important to us and made it less transactional so we appreciate him for that.
