The sale of our family home was very personal to our family which made it difficult. After my wife passed away it was time to make that move but Kevin was understanding and patient with me and my family through the entire process. This was very important to us and made it less transactional so we appreciate him for that.

My partner and I had a wonderful experience working with Kevin to find our first home. From the very start, we could tell that he was professional, experienced, incredibly knowledgeable, and eager to help us succeed. While the whole process can seem pretty daunting, especially when you are going through it for your first time, Kevin made sure that we were well prepared every step of the way. Did I mention that he is incredibly knowledgeable? And he was keen to impart us with knowledge at every opportunity. We learned so much from him, from what to look for during home viewings, some things that we never would have thought of, to assessing market value, and navigating the offer process, and so much more. It was very rewarding to apply what we learned later in our search, and we became far more confident in what we were doing. Kevin was always organized, on time, and promptly replied to all of our questions and inquiries at any hour of the day. Not only is Kevin a great realtor, but he is also a very kind, thoughtful, and friendly person. He remained cheerful and optimistic and provided us with reassurance and encouragement throughout the entire process. We could not have asked for anyone better and we would recommend him in a heartbeat!

I recently had the pleasure of having Kevin as my realtor during a very stressful time in my life. I lost my friend and had the emotional job of selling her home and belongings as executor of the estate. I had never sold a home or been an executor before. He allayed any fears I had and guided me through all the steps. Once probate was completed, I was worried about how long it would take to sell the house due to costs adding up. Kevin organized advertising and showings with potential buyers in a very short period which resulted in multiple offers. Kevin responded quickly and kindly to all of my worried texts which made the whole process so easy and comfortable for me. When it was time to review offers, he explained each offer thoroughly including what the strengths and weaknesses were of each so I could make a solid decision on which one to accept. He never rushed me and was so supportive. I highly recommend him as a realtor for anyone! He is amazing!
