Purchasing a first home is an intimidating and daunting experince, but not nearly as much with such an excellent Realtor! My wife and I can't say enough good things about using Kevin as our Realtor. He always went above and beyond for us to make sure that we ended up in a house that we are extremely happy with, stayed within our budget and was in an area that we wanted. With so many people in the world of sales willing to do whatever they can to make a sale as quickly as possible, Kevin was the complete opposite. Kevin understood that we had a limited budget and a time crunch and was prepared to show us many, many houses back to back until we found the right one. He negotiated an offer below asking during a tight market and connected us with an excellent home inspector. He followed us post purchase and offered us a lot of support with repairs and spelled out details that we needed to repair immediately or later on. The extra support and patience was greatly appreciated as it was our first house purchase.
