Kathleen has always been great, I have been working with her now for quite a few years as I still have not found the property for me, but she never gives up, no matter how many properties I want to see!! On the few properties that I did make an offer on, but lost out on through no fault of Kathleen's, she was very helpful with the paper work and the whole process!! Kathleen is not a pushy agent and that is one of the main reason why I choose her, she lets you decide what you like and want to see, but makes helpful suggestions along the way!!! Kathleen is awesome and she is there for you day or night and will not stop until you have found the property that works best for you!!!!

<p>We were one of Kathleen's first clients - she made us feel at ease, and if she didn't have the precise answer for us at the moment we asked - she found out and let us know in a very timely fashion.</p> <p>One of the greatest things about Kathleen is her patience. We looked at MANY Many houses. One day she called us and said: I've found your new home - she set up an appointment for us and we knew we were home (6 years this May).</p> <p>We strongly recommend Kathleen for your real estate needs! </p>

Kathleen took on my real estate matter when other agents would not. Kathleen met with a number of people to find out the best course of action for me. She is a driven, knowledgeable, timely, and caring realtor. I knew that no matter what I could trust Kathleen to assist me to the best of her capabilities. I would recommend her to others in a heartbeat. Thanks Kathleen for all the time and hard work you put into my real estate sale. You are amazing.
