I recently had the pleasure of working with Kate when looking for my first home. From day one, Kate was always very responsive, kind and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for. Kate is a very professional real estate agent who listened to our specific wants and needs. All throughout the negotiations and the buying process she was there quickly handling any issues that may have come up. If the time ever comes again to buy and sell in the future, there isn't any question on who my realtor will be!

Kate is an outstanding realtor. We first met and worked with her back in 2022 as renters and when the time came to buy our own property she was our first call. She is incredibly knowledgeable and it was an absolute delight to work with her. As first time home buyers she helped us understand the home buying process and we were confident in her advice. She truly has your best interests at heart which makes working with her feel like working with a friend.

Kate was absolutely amazing. She was recommended by a close family friend and I definitely saw why. She really cares about her clients and their well being when it comes to dealing with a purchase and sale of their house. She's honest, upfront, pays attention to details and if she feels the house isn't for you she'll let you know and why. Her attitude and energy really made the whole process more relaxed and easier. We absolutely loved working with Kate and could not recommend her enough!
