As an out of town buyer we were unfamiliar with the areas. Kassy spent a lot of time getting to know what we valued in a community and made some great recommendations. She joked about being bossy, but we appreciated that she knew exactly what we needed and how we needed to do it! I will be recommending her to my family and friends for sure!

Kassy did a good job to find a home that met all of our requirements, as well as negotiating on our behalf and securing a home under asking!

Kassy was awesome. She was knowledgeable, down to earth, expressed her feelings and concerns about the different houses we looked at. She was also very quick in answering questions and finding different homes according to my price range and needs.
