<p>I have used Karth for two home purchases, one for the first condo I bought, and a number of years later when my wife and I were looking for an upgrade to a single family home. Karth was extremely professional, and easy to get a hold of. He was also extremely patient with us while we looked at many houses trying to figure out what we wanted. His experience helped us find a great home for us to start a family in. When it came time to close the deal, he pushed hard to get us the best price possible. <p>Karth was great to work with. We wanted to sell our rental property in Calgary but were living in Toronto at the time. Karth was our main contact. He brought in contractors to do small repairs and professionally staged the property. Sold it within a week. We found him to be very honest and professional.</p>
