What can I say, she is the best! We used her services in 2017 and now this year again! She and her team cover the whole package selling and or buying a house in a very professional manner! She helps hugely in negotiations, important feedback during house viewings (it’s almost if have a house inspection done live). Keeps track on action points, wow respect for her and her team!! We were living in BC and moving back to AB to Okotoks, We choose Julie because she was so knowledgeable about the market and Okotoks and she listened to what we were looking for and what was important, kept us updated with listings, if she couldn’t take our calls or texts right away, she would respond promptly and made sure she was available when we made a couple trips to AB to view properties.we did find a beautiful home and when there were certain disagreements in the buying process, Julie was so patient and just worked through the tough situations,, her calm and cool mindset helped us not to stress and we had confidence she would get the job done. From start to finish Julie and Ed truly went above and beyond, their attention to detail and the time and dedication to their clients is outstanding. We have been in our new home for a month and I still call Julie with questions and can always count on her to help us out, even when she’s away at a conference, she calls me right back.
