<p>Josh was great to work with. We decided to start working with him based largely on his response to an email inquiry we made on a property. Right from that point he stood out from other realtors and other realtor experiences we have had. He seemed like he was a guy that would most likely match the positive realtor experiences we have had where we live. He seemed like he actually was interested in our business.</p> <p>Josh has not been a realtor for long - only 6 months when we met him - but he is excellent at it. He shared with us his education background and his background in construction industry as well as other info about his personal background. We agree with his own belief that this contributes to his skill in being a realtor.</p> <p>Josh was very interested in our personal story and took time to understand the hopes and dreams we threaded through our hunt for a condo which would be our retirement home.</p> <p>Josh went above and beyond our expectations with things like providing transportation to us while we were visiting Vancouver from our current home in Saskatchewan and adjusting his hours to fit with early morning flights. He was incredibly responsive and prompt in his communication. Never left us hanging at all. He really understands that the process can be stressful for buyers (and sellers) and was always helpful to us.</p> <p>We were also very pleased with the referrals for property management and legal services.
