<p>My experience with John King as my realtor was only positive. He acted in a highly professional manner yet was affable to me and potential buyers and sellers.He advised me on some small renos that were needed to make my home more attractive in the current market and this reaped rewards with it selling within a day for above asking.In purchasing my new condo, he was always timely and available to look at any number of condos with advise and experience to see the pluses and minuses of each.I would not hesitate to use him again in any real estate dealings, and would recommend him to anyone else looking to buy or sell.</p>
