Jim Gordon is an amazing person. Jim responded to my request for help quickly. We met Jim the next day, he demonstrated extensive knowledge of the local market and neighbourhood we were selling in. He came prepared with a plan to sell. Within 2 days our home was listed for sale and sold in less than 12 hours! Jim has been my rep for the past 3 houses I have bought/sold. He always looks out for my interests and is extremely professional. On one recent occasion, while I was showing my daughter our new house for the first time, he was busy going through the house to make sure everything was in proper working order.
