<p>We had an enjoyable time working with Jillian. She toured us through the new community and helped us feel the community would be a good fit for us, and also she was tireless in the search process.</p>

I had given up on purchasing property on the Sunshine Coast because of price increases. But Jillian contacted me with this little gem in an area where I had been looking earlier in the year and it was a perfect investment. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end, Jillian was professional, gave some good advice and referrals to help remove subjects quickly, and I’m quite happy with my purchase.

<p>Jillian treated us very well and was equal measure professional and personable. She also had valuable knowledge about the area and saved us thousands of dollars during the negotiation process. We were buying land which was a bit outside of Jillian's experience, however her understanding of the buying process, her kowledge of the surrounding area, her ability to negotiate a fair price, and her focus on us as people made for a very positive and successful buying experience.</p>

<p>Jillian was great to work with and she was able to get us the property we wanted below the asking price. We would be happy to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.</p>

<p>Jillian showed us places that were in our price range as well as the type of place we were looking for. we didn't get the feeling she was just showing us places to fill a quota. If there was anything we wanted to know she was quick to get us the Information if she didn't already know the answer When selling she wanted to know if anything was left wrong after a viewing and was always giving us an update as to how the viewing went. I was happy with Jillian and felt she always kept us informed when buying and selling.</p>
