Jenn was very helpful guiding me through the entire purchasing process. This was my first home purchase and she provided helpful information on all the various steps in a timely and effective manner. She demonstrated detailed knowledge about the condo building and past details to look out for prior to purchase. Her negotiation skills were tremendous and I felt we came out with the best possible outcome. New to the city and had a bit of a tight timeline but everything seemed to roll smoothly through the whole purchase with time to spare and she even gave a sense of the areas where I could purchase. Would Highly Recommend for first time buyers.

Jenn was great! I am relocating back to the area and I was only in town for a short period of time to find a house. She quickly was able to determine my style and taste and was able to narrow down the right showings for me. She called the other realtors when there seemed to be inconsistencies with listing to clarify to ensure it was a house that was worthwhile viewing. Jenn was on top of everything and following up. She even went to view some homes with some of my other family members to include or eliminate a showing. She really went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track for closing while I was trying to manage from across the continent. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell; I and would definitely call her again (but I hope I don't need a realtor anytime soon). Jenn is AWESOME!!!
