<p>Jason Simard came well recommended and he didn't disappoint!<br /> We knew from our first conversation he was the right realtor for me.</p> <p>Jason has a dynamic blend of professional, knowledgeable, detailed, supportive, insightful and a strategist. This comes bundled with a great sense of humor! Then there was the selling of my home in 6 days! That was pretty Impressive! Of course that did come after this whirlwind of activity when he set his team out to document, clean, measure, photograph, stage, and complete a virtual video!! These folks obviously related and connected well to Jason's leadership as I observed his style in the administration of these roles. They were a group of precise, concise, and no nonsense professionals hired by Jason to help make my home shine! ( literally!)</p> <p>Jason really listens to what you have to say and he is very " present" in dialogue with you however he also has an ability toward a vision you may not have considered and he would introduce his perspective to me, without minimizing or taking away any empowerment. We all know how stressful it is to be in the buy-sell arena!! Having a realtor who knows his stuff but is " on the journey with you " is very comforting. I had an emotional meltdown on one day, caught up in the letting go /selling my "home" and he was so supportive and kind. He reached out, touched my hand, said the magic words "it will all work out" and gave me the time I needed to debrief. He is the real deal. And...He is a " top seller!". You can give him your house key, leave it all to him and take a nap or go shopping. It's that easy! Call him....right Now! You will be as impressed as I Am!</p>

<p><br /> Our journey began 2 months ago when we were unsure exactly where we were buying and what we were looking for. I knew we needed a realtor who would make time for many uncertainties and be patient with my husband and I. We needed a realtor who respected that this was the biggest purchase of our lives and we were terrified. I turned to social media to refer us a stranger to join us on our adventure. Through the many persuasive references we chose Jason and his team. Our first meeting was unforgettable. He toured us from Nanaimo to Qualicum and all surrounding areas. Not once did he rush us. He cleared his entire day to be with us. He did his research prior to our day and took us to see homes he felt we may like. We were told to tell him everything going through our minds so he could get a picture of what we like and do not like. Through this very long day together he knew what we needed and also knew it was not going to be easy to find! Two months later, with literal sweat and tears he found our home right in the last minute! Not only did Jason go above and beyond the call of duty to get what we needed, he further booked, organized and attended our inspection when we could not. He helped us to understand all the bylaws in the area, regarding us running our home business and even arranged to meet with the Town Planner to ensure the bylaws were what we needed them to be.<br /> Jason and his team always made time for us. They answered every question and concern in a very timely manner, often answering on the first ring.<br /> I could write a novel on how pleased I am in working with Jason and his team, but instead I will leave you this. It is not often you meet a person who is kind, loyal, emotionally intelligent, sensitive to others feelings, incredibly professional, tells you what you need to hear even when it is not the best news, and always works his tail off to ensure you get what you need. I have found that man, Jason Simard. I true human being sales person! Like me, I bet you thought they do not exist! We have all been proven wrong.</p> <p>Thank you Jason, Jaime and team. We cannot wait to begin Island life and hope to see you around often!</p>

<p>Jason and his team are extraordinary. Anytime I had a question they got back to me within minutes, and offered a great deal of information and knowledge to me throughout the entire process. At the beginning of this process, I was hoping my house would sell within a month, in order to obtain our dream house. Jason and his team marketed our property so perfectly that it generated a great deal of interest and actually sold within one day! Wow! On top of that, they introduced us to our absolute dream home that we cannot wait to move into very soon! <p>Jason changed my view on Realtors. He was straight forward honest, and real.<br /> I had planned on selling privately in the beginning and luckily the buyer backed out due to family troubles. My wife and I decided to use a realtor and chose Jason because we liked the Facebook videos.<br /> The house went up the next week and my wife and I sat back while he took care of everything, he even found a landscaper to come tidy the yard for us!<br /> The house was shown on one day and we had multiple offers. Some for way over the asking price!<br /> Jason then drove 50km on a Saturday to where we were camping to look over the offers.<br /> Even after the first home inspection turned up a bunch of problems, he handled everything for me. Including finding a contractor and meeting them to show them the work to be done.<br /> The house is now sold for 26k above the asking price. And WAY above the price I almost sold it privately for!</p> <p>I will forever recommend Jason and his team. I had no idea selling a house would be so easy and stress free! <p>Jason was very familiar with the area I'm moving to and aware of what was available in my price range. He also understand the current market conditions in north Nanaimo where my (now sold) property is. He did a great job of explaining the way he and his team work to generate interest in your home and steps involved in preparing the home for sale. The house sold quickly and significantly above our asking price. He and team member Jacky Prevost were very helpful in negotiations and reviewing the offers that came in for the house as well as structuring my offer for my new home. Working with the SIMS Real Estate Group was a very good experience and I recommend them highly.</p>
