Jasmin was totally sensitive to my circumstances: my housing needs, my budget, my concerns, my attention to details and the various other issues I--an aging widower--had with the purchase of my condo and the sale of my existing bungalow. She was helpful with providing me with names of individuals who would help me get my property into first rate sale condition and who would help me with the move. She found buyers for a few significant items that I wished to sell. She carefully explained the sale/purchase process and she put me in touch with a mortgage broker who arranged adequate temporary financing for me. She skillfully carried out the negotiation process, getting me the best possible deals on both my purchase and my sale. She helped to present my house in the very best light--both through staging advice and in the listing information--to enable a quick sale. She assisted me during all phases of the purchase, negotiating with the selling agents and pursuing the various minor concerns that I had with the property I was buying. She has followed up faithfully after the sale/purchase and continues to assist me with any issues that arise. She was always caring, concerned, attentive to detail and always pleasant. She helped in so many ways--far beyond what I ever had expected of a realtor. It was a total pleasure to work with her. I am delighted to recommend Jasmin Matias to others who wish to sell their properties and/or buy new ones.
