Both Jarrod and Karolina helped me sell my condo about a month ago. I interviewed multiple realtors and not only did the Armstrong team offer more in terms of services( better marketing, videos, and staging) they did for less then the competition. Before I met with them I was sure there commission rate would be out of my range, but I was wrong and blown away by their presentation. Karolina has a great eye for staging and design. Jarrod is excellent communicator, responding quickly to emails and texts. We listed my place shortly after the market slowed and they had a great plan to ensure it was sold quickly and for my asking price. Which we did indeed achieve despite the market. I am forever grate both Karolina and Jarrod.
