Ended up in a place I'm less than thrilled about. Throughout the process requests for advice were mostly met with a shrug. I had a 15 minute phone call with another realtor shortly after moving in and she was able to give me better advice in that quick phone call based entirely on looking at photos of the place than Jane gave me after seeing it in person and conversing with the selling realtor. I truly regret working with Jane and look forward to selling this place in the near future with the other realtor.

Jane was fantastic to work with. She helped us navigate the very challenging Vancouver market and helped us get our place ready very quickly for sale under a tight deadline, after aiding us with our purchase as well. Her knowledge and experience was evident throughout the process and she was always willing to go the extra mile to help us during a pretty hectic time. Jane was also very patient as it took us a long time to find a place, over an extended period. We would highly recommend working with her!

Jane is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to her job. We were living out of the country and Jane made selling our home easy. She has great communication and truly cares about you and making sure everything is in order.

Jane came to us highly recommended, and for good reason. Ours was an estate sale. To add to the stress of this situation , as executor I live out of province. The complications involved were endless and we needed a lot of support. Jane was there to provide that support She was also able to guide us through each complication and in fact when possible would deal with them on her own. Jane also staged the house on her own. It sold quickly and above asking! As our realtor she displayed the utmost in knowledge, experience and patience...with a capital P. In Jane we found not only the ultimate realtor, but a friend.
