Jamie helped my wife and I both sell our home and buy our new one. While other homes sat long on the market or were taken off the market in our neighborhood, ours sold in about 3 weeks from the day it was listed. If we decide in the future to sell again we would absolutely hire Jamie again. Never for a moment did we feel that he wasn't there for us through what is a stressful time when you're both buying and selling.

<p><br /> I met Jamie at an open house years before I bought my first house - his casual, no pressure approach was the reason I called him back to buy/sell my first and second houses. I genuinely enjoyed looking at houses with him- while he was very prompt and easy to be in contact with, I never felt like he was in a rush to get me into just any house. He had honest opinions about many of the houses we looked at, and validated the opinions I had which made for a more genuine experience. He's knowledgeable about the market in the area I was looking, and facilitated a quick + easy buy/sell process on all 4 occasions we've worked together. I often recommend him to my friends.</p>

As first time home buyers we were so lucky to have found Jaime. Having met a few agents before him, it was clear he would go above and beyond to help us find a house. Jaime was't there just to make a sale. He took the time to help us fully understand the process. He taught us what to look for in the house and considered our future in regards to resale value. He's personable, knowledgeable, hardworking and trustworthy. He's even helped us with things after the purchase was complete. I have been recommending him to anyone who mentions selling or buying a house!
