I’ve known Jamie for around 20 years now, we initially knew each other as professional colleague’s and when my time came to purchase my first home, I didn’t hesitate to make Jamie my first call. My first purchase was in the days of multiple competing offers (not sure that has ever ended?!) and nail biting negotiations. I’ll never forget when I finally closed the deal, the realtor on the sell side told me the only reason I got the deal was because of Jamie! Since that first purchase, Jamie has represented me on multiple real estate transactions on both the buy & sell side and remains and always will be my trusted real estate advisor.
