Irina was a great vacation rental host. Beautiful house with great amenities. We loved that most of the rooms have 2 beds in it so it was perfect for our group with 5 families.Will be visiting Toronto again in the future with this host.Will be booking this vacation rental house.

Property was more than we expected. We had a group of 9 guys travel to Toronto for a baseball and everyone had their own bed and plenty of room to hang out. Irina was very accommodating and had great communication leading up to our visit. Can not recommend the house or the owner enough. I would give her more than 5 stars if possible.

Irina was a great host. She was very accommodating in letting our group check in early. We were welcomed with fresh croissants; a variety of spreads, jams, and coffee. The listing is accurate however the photos don't do the house justice. It's very well appointed with high end finishes. The backyard backs onto a ravine with gorgeous views - so much so - we took wedding photos in the backyard. We were a large party so having the ability to park in the garage was very helpful to cram in as many vehicles as we could. Just as a FYI - the garage does not have a door that connects indoors so make sure you take the opener with you or you'll find yourself locked out otherwise. In saying that - I did lock the vehicle in the garage not knowing ( just so used to my own home I didn't think to check) and Irina was very quick to come by and open the garage for us. During our stay, the temperatures reach mid 40's in the area - the A/C unit worked very well in the basement and lower kitchen level but the upper bedrooms and kitchen were warm (even the bedrooms with ceiling fans were still warm). I'd highly recommend for anyone to book, it's very clean and nicely appointed.

Excellent vacation rental ! Highly recommend ! Amazing place, newly renovated. Super clean and fresh. Host Irina was very accommodating and ensured that we had a good time during our stay. She has the place nicely decorated. I have to commend on her attention to detail. Very spacious place, lot of room. Really appreciate that, in most bedrooms there were two beds, instead of one queen. She had also placed yogurts, croissant, water bottles etc. for our convenience. As well as, had assortment of coffee and tea, so that we didn’t have to run in the morning for breakfast. A big thanks to Irina. We used it for our friends annual get together from school & high school time (80s). Planning to redo it again next year at this place. Would highly recommend. The house is exactly, or even nicer, than shown in pictures. The neighbourhood is outstanding, both location and quite. The breakfast is good, coffee, tea, cookies, chocolates, fruit, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, fridge...you can appreciate how Irina tries to be a very considered host. Sheets, pillows, decoration, everything beautiful. Only thing for you to know that the washroom is private but not in suite, but you are in a full private basement floor. therefore, nobody will be crossing your way. Beautiful and comfy living room, we spent nights having dinner and watching movies...they have a smart tv. Wi-Fi works amazing! Thank you Irina for your hosting. Next time in Toronto, we will look for you again!</p>
