Over the past year, we have had the pleasure with dealing with Hayley Fawcett and the team at Re/max 1st Choice Realty. Let us start with saying that moving this time around was more stressful than previous moves, but we were glad to have Hayley in our corner the whole time. Hayley was very patient as we begun our home search. We recall visiting 20-30 showings in our local area. She let us have free reign of our picks and was able to arrange the showings in a timely manner. Right away she had a good understanding of what are hot buttons were and directed us to showings that met our criteria. Hayley, was very helpful when it came to understanding certain features and specs of the property. She always had a clear understanding of an property's ammenities. I.e. what type of septic system, natural gas or propane heat, wood or concrete foundations etc. All these things were important to us. When it came time to receiving offers on our home she was very easy to deal with. She clearly laid out the important details of the contract which in turn allowed us to make good decisions. She always had our best interests at heart. Hayley also was very helpful with our purchase. She facilitated the dealings with the adjacent realtor. She was always reminding of important deadlines. She was always on top of the process and made sure no mistakes were made. She also noticed mistakes from other realtors and worked to fix them right away. Hayley definitely has the attitude and personality of a great realtor. If felt like we were being taken care of by a friend or family member and not by a pushy salesperson. If you ever need a agent I would highly recommend Haley, she went way beyond her needs. She is a very wonderful person and very easy going. We where moving from BC to Alberta so she helped us out with everything. We had a lot of laughs over the phone, I’m sure she got tired of me calling, asking sometimes stupid questions. Hayley helped me find the perfect home to suit my needs. She listened to exactly what I wanted, and learned my style very quickly. She made purchasing a new home for my family not only stress free, but fun. We will absolutely be using her again for any future purchases.

Hayley was very professional and took all my needs for timing etc. into account when booking showings for my home. She spent time talking to me about the house as it is an older home. This allowed her to give potential buyers the information they were seeking as well as points of historical significance for the property. Even the other team members in her office were great to deal with if she wasn't available when I wanted/ needed information. She managed to sell my house within 2 weeks of listing after it had been listed with other agencies for over 18 months. I would highly recommend Hayley and her office.
