I was very pleased to have Harjot as my Realtor for the purchase of my first house in Edmonton. Being a first-time home buyer, I expected this process to be very daunting, however, Harjot was an excellent guide. He explained the whole process to me during our first meeting in a great detail, answered all my questions, and once he felt that I was ready to proceed he laid out a roadmap for me. He shared lots of great listings and accompanied me to check out the homes that I liked. He was very responsive and easy to contact. He was very patient throughout the process and would set up multiple viewings to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the home, he would also pick up on any potential issues with the home and share his expertise. I felt like he acted in my best interest. Harjot is highly skilled in negotiations and very knowledgeable about the market trends. He helped me secure the house for lower than its asking price by indulging in negotiations. Overall it was a great experience working with him and I would highly recommend Harjot to anyone looking for a Realtor!
