I've known Gord for several years prior to purchasing the 3 Bedr Townhouse in Richmond. I had survived a Plane crash in Aug 2008 and towards the end of my Brain Injury Rehab I was looking for a new home that would be close the the Manufacturing Plant of our Company. Gord had me visit a few and found an ideal 3 Bedr Townhouse in Richmond that was 7 min commute to work. I live in the Townhouse until I retired and moved to the East Coast of Canada and Gord also Listed and sold the Townhouse. Gord is an excellent Realtor and kept me appraised of all the factors in both the purchase and sale of the townhouse. I Highly recommend Gord, I'd even Jump out of a plane with him.
