Faye Coady is an outstanding agent!! She went above and beyond for my fiancée and I. As first time home buyers the process can be overwhelming but Faye was always there to help. Her knowledge and expertise helped us immensely. She had so many tips, pointers and advice when viewing properties as she knew this was our first time purchasing a home. Going on 4 years later we couldn’t be happier with our home and all of her help a long the way. There is no doubt that she will be our first call when we’re ready to make our next purchase!

We were so grateful to have Faye with us during our house sale. A few problems cropped up during the home inspection and her solid advice and knowledge of the issues helped us get through the transaction without a hitch!

Faye was an amazing real estate agent and I highly recommend her. I have dealt with four other real estate agents and she was by far the best. She was always quick to respond and kept on top of everything regardless of any issues. She was always very devoted and even showed up to a viewing after being in a minor car accident even though we would have totally understood her cancelling!

Faye was awesome! Very organized, patient, and respectful of our lack of knowledge in real estate transactions... Went out of her way to help with some logistics during our move from out of province.
