Having moved to BC from the UK this was our first time purchasing a property here. Elizabeth was a great help in patiently explaining the differences and walking us through the purchasing process. She provided invaluable and pragmatic advice and guidance in helping us to secure the property we wanted and at a price we were happy with. She made herself available to us us 7 days a week, even when on vacation, always providing great advice. Without Elizabeth's expertise I am not sure we would have secured our new property. I would recommend Elizabeth to anyone seeking to secure a house in a highly competitive market.

We have worked with Liz 3 times now - for the purchase of our first home, the sale of that home, and the purchase of our second "forever" home. She was lovely to work with each time, and we were extremely happy with our results. Her knowledge of the North Shore housing market is second to none, and she put us at ease during a very stressful time to be buying a home. Liz has a very good grasp of the value of a home, even in this quickly changing market. Her confidence is contagious, and she makes sure her clients' wish list is met both when selling and buying. We will miss spending our weekends house hunting with Liz, but look forward to keeping her as a friend.

Elizabeth is AMAZING! She was the key factor to purchasing our home in a very time sensitive period. We needed to find a new home pretty quickly as we were expecting our first child and needed more space. We came across a listing on a Thursday afternoon and Elizabeth dropped her plans for the evening to get us into a showing that very night! She really went above and beyond!
