We had a great time working with Elena. She was very professional throughout the entire time to ensuring that the process of buying the property we were looking for was successful. She provided us with very helpful information about the technicalities of the process, and very helpful to find a tenant and have the contract ready and complete on time.

We would greatly recommend Elena Gordon as your future real estate agent. Elena is exceptionally professional agent. She started slowly working with us by learning our priorities and preferences. She never asked us to commit only to her, or requested to sign us a contract. We, ourselves, chose working with her. As time went by, she progressed in understanding, what we were looking for. She never rushed us to buy a property (just to buy and finish with it) even after working closely with us longer that 4 months. You can trust her mindset and insight as she has her own sense and extensive experience in the field. Elena is a hard working person: she was available on a very short notice, on weekends and holidays. She is an honest and trusty professional. My wife and I felt that our interests were in the centre of her effort to find us "our dream house". Even at the time of our desperation, when we lost our hope to find our house, Elena continued to be positive, motivated and inspired us. My wife and I were privileged working with such a wonderful person as Elena. We strongly recommend her professional service.

I understand that I sound very emphatic with this review, but believe me I am a critical person and need the job done right. But when the credit is due, I make sure I credit the right person.</p> <p>Prices aside, what I love about Elena's approach is this - she cares about what you need more than she cares about the commision she will get. Plain and simple. So many houses she took me to she told me to walk away from because they were not fitting my true needs or would not be a financially savvy move in the long run (those houses were more expensive than the ones we actually bought).</p> <p>Also, she has an eye for the property remodelling. She sees what you don't. She can tell you how you can easily transform the property to get out of it what you want, and more importantly helps you find the people to do so. She does not leave you hanging after the deal is done. She is always available for evaluation and advice.</p> <p>She may seem soft and sweet but make no mistake: she will bend the negotiations to exceed your expectations.</p> <p>I worked with other agents before. Some - just print the MSL listings and make appointments. No ideas, no help, no proper negotiations and husseling. Some hussel you - push on you somethign that does not fit your needs at all and pressure to close the deal. Elena, in contrast to them, has a different approach, as I described above, and deserves every word of praise here.</p> <p>I recommend her to everyone who is looking for a solid and trustworthy real estate agent.</p>
