Dylan is a fantastic realtor he put in the time to help me get into a home even in this crazy market. He was always available when needed for phone calls or texts and gave his advice on the homes we saw as well. Was always available to write up offers and worked for me to get a great deal on a home I would highly recommend having Dylan as your realtor.

Dylan went above and beyond to sell my house and sold it in 6 days for far above the asking price, exceeding my expectations. He is a great negotiator as well as very professional and personable and knowledgeable. He found me a beautiful new home to fit my needs and price range that I’m loving. Dylan took the time to follow up after closing to ensure I was happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend Dylan.

Great realtor!!! Puts in the work and made sure we were always updated on every detail regarding the sale and purchase of our new home! Dylan was able to sell our property for well over what we had even hoped for and then with his awesome negotiating skills found us a home that we love for well under asking price, which is almost unheard of these days!
