I was in a massive bind, our home was listed with another agent and had zero traction, he said he did it all, and assured us it was the pricing of the home as to why it wasn't getting showings, I looked at the market and comparable homes, review the marketing and started seeing so many flaws, I had to let that agent go, but we were already ready to put an offer in on another home, I found Dusko through a mutual referral who had used him and spoke very very highly of him, he got our home sold so fast, I believe it was the marketing him and the team do, we had multiple showings on day 1, I was blown away, we were able to put a conditional offer on another home and when it was all said and done, everything worked out and we could not be happier.
