Donna is an amazing agent with excellent knowledge of Ottawa's west end. Not only did she find the perfect location for me and my son, but she was also able to bring up comparables on-the-spot and negotiate like a seasoned pro to ensure I got my house at the best possible price. Communication was amazing due to her technical expertise, and she was able to answer all my questions quickly and thoroughly. This was my second house purchase, and the difference between an OK agent and a great one is overwhelmingly apparent. Thanks Donna, 10/10!

Donna made the process of buying my first home surprisingly easy. She responded to all my questions promptly and gave me what I thought were very honest opinions about the properties I was considering. When it came time to make an offer, she very clearly explained to me everything I needed to do on my end to keep the process rolling. And her estimate of where the offer/counter-offer would end up in terms of closing price, was bang on. Donna is an all around great agent to deal with. I would recommend her (and have been doing so) to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Ottawa region.
