We had an unbeleivably positive experience with Caitlin Fike of the Dione Irwin Team. Simply put she delivered beyond outstanding services in all these categories and then some. She actually networked to sell our home while it was off market - we needed a break from the stress of showings with 2 toddlers, but she kept working to see if the home world be a fit for any clients. And it worked! Caitlin also helped us get our asking price in a very tumultuous market. She was involved in every step of posting our home from the initial sitdown to the pictures, through the inspection and waiving of final conditions.
