All the houses at the time were having bidding wars and going well over asking. When I finally found the one I wanted she was able to have the other realtor review my offer in advance. I was able to get my house without a bidding war and it checked off all items on my wish list. I highly recommend her to anyone looking and will be using her again should I choose to sell in the future.
